Few know this (but I’m a die hard St. Joseph historian) the Pony Express Stable was first known as the Pikes Peak Stable. This is the only picture I have of the original Stable. Circa 1859 on Main and Felix, just 13 years after St. Joseph was founded by Joseph Robidoux. We recently lost one of its curators
